Analyze a Property

Submit properties for AI analysis using an address, Google Maps link, or GPS coordinates

Fengshi offers three ways to submit a property for analysis. Each method triggers our AI pipeline that evaluates investment potential, feng shui compatibility, renovation opportunities, and market positioning.

Method 1: Street Address

The most common way to analyze a property. Simply type the full street address and our AI validates it against known locations.

Using a Street Address

    Navigate to Analyze

    Click 'Analyze' in the sidebar to open the analysis page.

    Select the Address tab

    The Address input tab is selected by default. Type the full property address.

    Add optional details

    Expand the 'Property Details' panel to add beds, baths, square meters, property type, and other details that enhance analysis accuracy.

    Submit for analysis

    Click 'Analyze Property' to start the AI pipeline. You'll be redirected to the report page where you can track progress in real time.

Method 2: Google Maps URL

Paste a Google Maps link directly — perfect for when you're browsing properties on Google Maps and want a quick analysis.

Using a Google Maps Link

    Copy the Maps URL

    Open the property on Google Maps, then copy the URL from your browser's address bar or use the 'Share' button.

    Paste into the Maps tab

    Switch to the Google Maps tab in the Analyze page and paste the URL. Shortened links (maps.app.goo.gl) are supported.

    Submit for analysis

    Click 'Analyze Property'. The system extracts coordinates from the URL and begins the analysis pipeline.

Method 3: GPS Coordinates

Use your device's location or enter exact coordinates for properties that may not have a clear street address.

Using GPS

    Switch to the GPS tab

    Select the GPS tab in the Analyze page.

    Capture your location

    Click the location button to use your device's GPS. You'll need to grant browser permission for location access.

    Submit for analysis

    Once coordinates are captured, click 'Analyze Property' to begin.

Adding property details like beds, baths, and square meters significantly improves the accuracy of valuation and renovation estimates.

Duplicate Detection

If you submit an address that's already been analyzed, Fengshi will ask whether you'd like to view the existing report or create a fresh analysis.

Analysis typically takes 45-90 seconds. The report page shows real-time progress through each pipeline stage: geocoding, data collection, AI analysis, and report compilation.
