Household Management

Set up household profiles with BaZi birth charts for feng shui compatibility analysis

Household Management lets you create profiles for your family or investment group. Each member's birth chart is calculated and used to assess feng shui compatibility with properties.

Creating a Household

  1. 1

    Navigate to Profile

Go to Profile & Settings. The Household Manager is in the right column.

  2. 2

    Create a new household

Click 'Add Household' to create a new household group. You can have multiple households (e.g., one for family, one for investment partners).

  3. 3

    Name your household

Give your household a descriptive name for easy identification.

Adding Members

Each household can include multiple members with different roles: Primary Buyer, Spouse, Child, or Investor Partner.

Adding a Household Member

  1. 1

    Click 'Add Member'

Inside your household card, click the add member button.

  2. 2

    Enter their name

    Type the member's full name.

  3. 3

Set date and time of birth

Enter the member's date of birth. Optionally add their time of birth for a more accurate BaZi chart.

  4. 4

    Select their role

Choose the member's role: Primary Buyer, Spouse, Child, or Investor Partner.

  5. 5

    Set their weight

Adjust the influence weight slider (0-100%). Higher weight means this member's feng shui compatibility has more impact on property recommendations.

BaZi Birth Charts

Once a member's birth details are saved, Fengshi automatically calculates their BaZi chart — showing their year element, animal sign, and favorable elements. This data powers the compatibility analysis in property reports and discovery filters.

Compatibility Weights

Each member's weight determines how much their feng shui compatibility influences the overall household score. For example, the primary buyer might be weighted at 80% while a child is weighted at 20%.

Set the primary buyer's weight highest since they'll be spending the most time in the property. Children and investor partners typically have lower weights.
Household compatibility analysis is available in property reports and as a filter in the Discovery page. Make sure to set up your household before analyzing properties for the most personalized results.
