The Compare feature lets you evaluate multiple properties against each other in a structured side-by-side view. Select 2 to 4 completed reports to begin.
How to Compare

Navigate to Compare
Click 'Compare' in the navigation or access it from any report page.

Select your properties
You'll see cards for all your completed reports. Click the checkbox on 2-4 properties you want to compare.

Review the comparison
A detailed comparison table appears showing verdict, confidence, investment score, feng shui score, estimated value, rental yield, flip potential, renovation budget, ROI, and more.

Analyze the differences
Color-coded verdicts, score bars, and bullet-point lists for pros, cons, and risks make it easy to see which property stands out.
Comparison Metrics
The comparison includes financial metrics (value, yield, ROI, renovation costs), feng shui metrics (score, facing direction, element balance), and qualitative assessments (verdict, pros, cons, risks).
Verdicts are color-coded: green for Strong Buy, blue for Buy, neutral for Hold, amber for Caution, and red for Avoid.
