Understanding Your Report
Navigate the full property analysis report — scores, financials, feng shui, and more
Once analysis completes, you'll see a comprehensive report organized into tabs. Each tab focuses on a different aspect of the property.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab is your at-a-glance summary. It shows the property's verdict (Strong Buy, Buy, Hold, Caution, or Avoid), confidence score, investment score, feng shui score, rental yield estimate, and facing direction.
Below the score cards, you'll find a 3D property viewer showing sun position, street context, and nearby amenities. The translated overview section provides AI-written narratives covering investment insights and feng shui analysis.
Financials Tab
The Financials tab provides detailed investment analysis. Use the sticky calculator inputs at the top to adjust purchase price, renovation budget, and target sale price.
You'll find a returns analysis table, flip scenario calculator, rental returns breakdown with income projections, and a finance calculator for mortgage scenarios.
Comparables Tab
View comparable sales on an interactive map and as a price comparison chart. This helps you understand how the property is priced relative to similar properties in the area.
Feng Shui Tab
The Feng Shui tab shows your personal BaZi (birth chart) compatibility with the property's facing direction. It includes a Flying Star chart for advanced feng shui analysis.
If you've set up a household profile, the analysis considers all household members weighted by their influence settings.
Design Tab
Browse AI-generated design suggestions and renovation concepts in a carousel view. These ideas are tailored to the property's characteristics and your budget preferences.
Photos Tab
Upload property photos for room-level feng shui analysis. The AI examines each photo and provides specific recommendations for furniture placement, color choices, and spatial arrangement.
